Description
‘Wassup Doc!’ Christopher Lloyd
Back to the Future Day 2015
Denver Comic Con 2015
24" x 19"
WIP; applying the watercolors 3/30 to 4/2. I was worried that, due to the surgery I had earlier last month, there might be a longer duration in between the initial sketching of this work and actually getting into the painting phase of it. This had been the second time I had gone under the knife on this shoulder and that first time around, the recovery cost me all of the remainder of July and most of August. I’m doing great though.... Could just be adrenaline *lol* There’s only 48 days left until Denver Comic Con and this absolutely, positively NEEDS to be complete. I promise I’m not pushing it though. I’m aware of my limits and when I need to walk away and rest for a bit. Thankfully I’m using watercolors this go-round and they’re naturally a gentle, flowing, almost effortless medium.
I have a open public video available of this work in progress via my Facebook where I share further information about this work, specs, stats, & other information. Follow me on Twitter @ViciousVisions and follow daily updates of this painting
